Lawyer Mark N. Foster grew up in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he received a B.A. in Economics, Political Science and Legal Studies, and a Juris Doctor (law) degree, all Magna Cum Laude (with high honors).
Mr. Foster was licensed as an attorney in 2004. After practicing in Knoxville, Tennessee for three years and Rockwood, Tennessee for ten years (for five of which he also served as Rockwood City Court Judge), he moved to Madisonville, Kentucky in August, 2017.
Mr. Foster is admitted to practice in all of the courts of the State of Tennessee and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Western District of Kentucky, Eastern District of Tennessee, Middle District of Tennessee, and Western District of Kentucky. In addition, Mr. Foster is admitted to practice before the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
In addition to professional activities, Mr. Foster is a member of First Christian Church in Madisonville, Kentucky, where his wife Kara is Senior Pastor. Mr. Foster also enjoys time with his children.
